District Manager, Quick-Service Restaurants Location: Sacramento, CA Salary: 85k-95k + bonus + benefits The Company:We are working with an established hospitality group that owns a combination of full-service corporate and fast casual franchised restaurants, and with some exciting growth plans, they have a recent opening for an experienced District Manager to oversee their franchised QSR Operations. The Person:My client is looking for a career-minded District Manager who is passionate about food and loves working with people. Must have experience in multi-unit operations, ideally in a franchised environment, new store openings, and have proven career stability.
Successful candidates will possess strong leadership skills, professional written and verbal communitarians and have the desire to participate in a flexible team environment. The Role: District Managers are the leaders of the restaurant and the face of the brand. District Managers are enlightened leaders who work through their team to achieve high standards.
They are responsible for maintaining the highest standards regarding team member experience and development, guest experience, and financial results. District Managers are full accountability for P&L statements, budgets, and cost controls in regard to food, beverage, and labour budget. The current territory is four units, so prior experience managing a similar territory is required.
Desirable Requirements
Previous management experience in a quick service restaurant, franchised or corporate, at least 3 years
Computer skills and prior experience managing office paperwork
Flexibility in schedule with the ability to work early mornings, weekends, and evenings
Ability to develop positive working relationships will all restaurant employees and work as a part of a team by helping others as needed or requested.Post-secondary degree preferred but not required
Good job stability in prior roles At least two years
